Customer Care Agent Job Description:
The customer care agent will be making outbound calls for cable equipment recovery to national past company customers and retrieve any equipment they did not return to the company: cable boxes, modems, accessories.
Customer Service Care Job Attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have 1 year experience at a call center or customer service.
- Open, friendly personality.
- Able to type 30+WPM,
- Able to sit throughout shift with active auto dialer.
- Understand call center environment
- Able to communicate very well with lead and managers.
Shift: Monday to Friday | 12:00PM to 7:00PM
